BEC economists have substantial experience in labor and employment matters including class action discrimination claims, pattern and practice claims, and wage and hour cases. BEC staff has also advised state and local governments regarding affirmative action programs and have conducted numerous disparity studies. In addition, we have studied the impacts of work force reductions on employment diversity and the economic impacts of plant closures. We have also calculated economic losses associated with discrimination claims regarding race, gender, and age.
Our clients have included major corporations, universities, government agencies, financial institutions and the NAACP. |
